Archbishop Viganò defends Our Lady in response to Anti-pope Francis (FULL TEXT)

                                                                               Anti-pope Francis

“For more than six years now we have been poisoned by a false magisterium, a sort of extreme synthesis of all the conciliar misconceptions and post-conciliar errors that have been relentlessly propagated, without most of us noticing. Yes, because the Second Vatican Council opened not only Pandora’s Box but also Overton’s Window, and so gradually that we did not realize the upheavals that had been carried out, the real nature of the reforms and their dramatic consequences, nor did we suspect who was really at the helm of that gigantic subversive operation, which the modernist Cardinal Suenens called ‘the 1789 of the Catholic Church.’

On the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Anti-pope Francis called the doctrine of Mary as co-redemptrix “foolishness.”  “When they come to us with the story of declaring her this or making that dogma, let's not get lost in foolishness,” the anti-pope said. But, as usual, with the exception of one man, no priest, no bishop, no cardinal cared to respond to that!

At this most tragic moment in the Church’s history, when modernist bishops and priests all over the world—AND ESPECIALLY THOSE IN OUR IMMEDIATE ENVIRONMENT HERE IN NIGERIA, I mean, ALL THE NOVUS ORDO BISHOPS AND PRIESTS HERE IN NIGERIA—have wilfully sided with the Enemy and blatantly betrayed Christ and His Church, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, who on August 25 2018 made history by publishing his explosive testimony concerning ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick’s decades of homosexual predation and abuse, indicting over a dozen high-ranking prelates—including Anti-pope Francis himself—as being guilty of covering up McCarrick’s notorious sexual deviancy, has this time around issued a strong defence of the Virgin Mary in response to this latest Bergoglian profanity.

Here below is the official English text of Archbishop Viganò’s statement as published by LifeSiteNews on December 20, 2019, entitled “Mary Immaculate Virgin Mother — Acies Ordinata, Ora pro nobis,” which was first released in Italian on December 19 by Corrispondenza Romana:
***
Thus says God, the Lord,
who created the heavens and stretched them out,
who spread forth the earth and what comes from it,
who gives breath to the people upon it,
and spirit to those who walk in it…
“I am the Lord, that is my name;
my glory I have given to no other,
nor my praise to graven images…
The Lord goes forth like a mighty man,
Like a man of war he stirs up his fury;
he cries out, he shouts aloud,
he shows himself mighty against his foes.
For a long time I have held my peace,
I have kept still and restrained myself;
now I will cry out like a woman in travail,
I will gasp and pant.
I will lay waste mountains and hills,
and dry up all their herbage;
I will turn the rivers into islands,
And dry up the pools…
They shall be turned back and utterly put to shame,
who trust in graven images,
who say to molten images,
“You are our gods.”
Who gave up Jacob to the spoiler, and Israel to the robbers?
Was it not the Lord, against whom we have sinned,
in whose ways they would not walk,
and whose law they would not obey?
So he poured upon him the heat of his anger
and the might of battle;
it set him on fire round about, but he did not understand;
it burned him, but he did not take it to heart.
(Isaiah 42:5-24)
MARY IMMACULATE VIRGIN MOTHER
ACIES ORDINATA, ORA PRO NOBIS
“Is there in the heart of the Virgin Mary anything other than the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ? We too want to have only one name in our hearts: that of Jesus, like the Most Blessed Virgin.”
The tragic story of this failed pontificate advances with a pressing succession of twists and turns. Not a day passes: from the most exalted throne the Supreme Pontiff proceeds to dismantle the See of Peter, using and abusing its supreme authority, not to confess but to deny; not to confirm but to mislead; not to unite but to divide; not to build but to demolish.
Material heresies, formal heresies, idolatry, superficiality of every kind: the Supreme Pontiff Bergoglio never ceases stubbornly to humiliate the highest authority of the Church, “demythologizing” the papacy — as perhaps his illustrious comrade Karl Rahner would say. His action seeks to violate the Sacred Deposit of Faith and to disfigure the Catholic Face of the Bride of Christ by word and action, through duplicity and lies, through those theatrical gestures of his that flaunt spontaneity but are meticulously conceived and planned, and through which he exalts himself in a continuous narcissistic self-celebration, while the figure of the Roman Pontiff is humiliated and the Sweet Christ on earth is obscured.
His action makes use of magisterial improvisation, of that off the cuff and fluid magisterium that is as insidious as quicksand, not only flying at high altitude at the mercy of journalists from all over the world, in those ethereal spaces that can highlight a pathological delirium of illusory omnipotence, but also at the most solemn religious ceremony that ought to incite holy trembling and reverent respect.
On the occasion of the liturgical memorial of the Virgin of Guadalupe, Pope Bergoglio once again gave vent to his evident Marian intolerance, recalling that of the Serpent in the account of the Fall, in that Proto-Gospel which prophesizes the radical enmity placed by God between the Woman and the Serpent, and the declared hostility of the latter, who until the consummation of time will seek to undermine the Woman’s heel and to triumph over her and her posterity. The Pontiff’s intolerance is a manifest aggression against the prerogatives and sublime attributes that make the Immaculate Ever-Virgin Mother of God the feminine complement to the mystery of the Incarnate Word, intimately associated with Him in the Economy of Redemption.
After having downgraded her to the “next door neighbor” or a runaway migrant, or a simple lay woman with the defects and crises of any woman marked by sin, or a disciple who obviously has nothing to teach us; after having trivialized and desacralized her, like those feminists who are gaining ground in Germany with their “Mary 2.0” movement which seeks to modernize Our Lady and make her a simulacrum in their image and likeness, Pope Bergoglio has further impugned the August Queen and Immaculate Mother of God, who “became mestiza with humanity... and made God mestizo.” With a couple of jokes, he struck at the heart of the Marian dogma and the Christological dogma connected to it.
The Marian dogmas are the seal placed on the Catholic truths of our faith, defined at the Councils of Nicaea, Ephesus and Chalcedon; they are the unbreakable bulwark against Christological heresies and against the furious unleashing of the Gates of Hell. Those who “mestizo” and profane them show that they are on the side of the Enemy. To attack Mary is to venture against Christ himself; to attack the Mother is to rise up against her Son and to rebel against the very mystery of the Most Holy Trinity. The Immaculate Theotokos, “terrible as an army with banners” (Canticle 6:10) — acies ordinanata — will do battle to save the Church and destroy the Enemy’s unfettered army that has declared war on her, and with him all the demonic pachamamas will definitively return to hell.
Pope Bergoglio no longer seems to contain his impatience with the Immaculate, nor can he conceal it under that seeming and ostentatious devotion which is always in the spotlight of the cameras, while deserts the solemn celebration of the Assumption and the recitation of the Rosary with the faithful, who filled the courtyard of St. Damascene and the upper loggia of St. Peter’s Basilica under John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI.
Papa Bergoglio uses the pachamama to rout the Guadalupana. The enthronement of that Amazonian idol, even at the altar of the confession in St. Peter’s Basilica, was nothing less than a declaration of war on the Lady and Patroness of all the Americas, who with her apparition to Juan Diego destroyed the demonic idols and won the indigenous peoples for Christ and the adoration of the “Most True and Only God,” through her maternal mediation. And this is not a legend!
A few weeks after the conclusion of the synodal event, which marked the investiture of pachamama in the heart of Catholicity, we learned that the conciliar disaster of the Novus Ordo Missae is undergoing further modernization, including the introduction of “Dew” in the Eucharistic Canon instead of the mention of the Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Most Holy Trinity.
This is a further step in the direction of regression towards the naturalization and immanentization of Catholic worship, towards a pantheistic and idolatrous Novissimus Ordo. The “Dew,” an entity present in the “theological place” of the Amazonian tropics — as we learned from the synodal fathers — becomes the new immanent principle of fertilization of the Earth, which “transubstantiates” it into a pantheistically connected Whole to which men are assimilated and subjugated, to the glory of Pachamama. And here we are plunged back into the darkness of a new globalist and eco-tribal paganism, with its demons and perversions. From this latest liturgical upheaval, divine Revelation decays from fullness to archaism; from the hypostatic identity of the Holy Spirit we slide towards the symbolic and metaphorical evanescence proper to dew which masonic gnosis has long made its own.
But let us return for a moment to the idolatrous statues of rare ugliness, and to Pope Bergoglio’s declaration the day after their removal from the church in Traspontina and their drowning in the Tiber. Once again, the Pope’s words have the scent of a colossal lie: he made us believe that the statuettes were promptly exhumed from the filthy waters thanks to the intervention of the Carabinieri [Italian police]. One wonders why a crew from Vatican News coordinated by Tornielli, and Spadaro of Civiltà Cattolica, with reporters and cameramen from the court press, did not come to film the prowess of the divers and capture the rescue of the pachamamas. It is also unlikely that such a spectacular feat did not capture the attention of a few passers-by, equipped with a mobile phone to film and then launch the scoop on social media. We are tempted to pose the question to the person who made that statement. Certainly, this time too, he would answer us with his eloquent silence.
For more than six years now we have been poisoned by a false magisterium, a sort of extreme synthesis of all the conciliar misconceptions and post-conciliar errors that have been relentlessly propagated, without most of us noticing. Yes, because the Second Vatican Council opened not only Pandora’s Box but also Overton’s Window, and so gradually that we did not realize the upheavals that had been carried out, the real nature of the reforms and their dramatic consequences, nor did we suspect who was really at the helm of that gigantic subversive operation, which the modernist Cardinal Suenens called “the 1789 of the Catholic Church.”
Thus, over these last decades, the Mystical Body has been slowly drained of its lifeblood through unstoppable bleeding: the Sacred Deposit of Faith has gradually been squandered, dogmas denatured, worship secularized and gradually profaned, morality sabotaged, the priesthood vilified, the Eucharistic Sacrifice protestantized and transformed into a convivial Banquet...
Now the Church is lifeless, covered with metastases and devastated. The people of God are groping, illiterate and robbed of their Faith, in the darkness of chaos and division. In these last decades, the enemies of God have progressively made scorched earth of two thousand years of Tradition. With unprecedented acceleration, thanks to the subversive drive of this pontificate, supported by the powerful Jesuit apparatus, a deadly coup de grace [death blow] is being delivered to the Church.
With Pope Bergoglio — as with all modernists — it is impossible to seek clarity, since the distinctive mark of the modernist heresy is dissimulation. Masters of error and experts in the art of deception, “they strive to make what is ambiguous universally accepted, presenting it from its harmless side which will serve as a passport to introduce the toxic side that was initially kept hidden.” (Fr. Matteo Liberatore SJ). And so the lie, obstinately and obsessively repeated, ends up becoming “true” and accepted by the majority.
Also typically modernist is the tactic of affirming what you want to destroy, using vague and imprecise terms, and promoting error without ever formulating it clearly. This is exactly what Pope Bergoglio does, with his dissolving amorphism of the Mysteries of the Faith, with his doctrinal approximation through which he “mestizos” and demolishes the most sacred dogmas, as he did with the Marian dogmas of the Ever-Virgin Mother of God.
The result of this abuse is what we now have before our eyes: a Catholic Church that is no longer Catholic; a container emptied of its authentic content and filled with borrowed goods.
The advent of the Antichrist is inevitable; it is part of the epilogue of the History of Salvation. But we know that it is the prerequisite for the universal triumph of Christ and his glorious Bride. Those of us who have not let ourselves be deceived by these enemies of the Church enfeoffed in the ecclesial Body, must unite and together face off against the Evil One, who is long defeated yet still able to harm and cause the eternal perdition of multitudes of souls, but whose head the Blessed Virgin, our Leader, will definitively crush.
Now it is our turn. Without equivocation, without letting ourselves be driven out of this Church whose legitimate children we are and in which we have the sacred right to feel at home, without the hateful horde of Christ’s enemies making us feel marginalized, schismatic and excommunicated.
Now it is our turn! The triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary — Coredemptrix and Mediatrix of all graces — passes through her “little ones,” who are certainly frail and sinners but are absolutely opposed to the members enlisted in the Enemy’s army. “Little ones” consecrated without any limit whatsoever to the Immaculate, in order to be her heel, the most humiliated and despised part, the most hated by hell, but which together with Her will crush the head of the infernal Monster.
Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort asked: “But when will this triumph take place? God knows.” Our task is to be vigilant and pray as St. Catherine of Siena ardently recommended: “Oimè! That I die and cannot die. Sleep no longer in negligence; use what you can in the present time. Comfort yourselves in Christ Jesus, sweet love. Drown yourselves in the Blood of Christ crucified, place yourselves on the cross with Christ crucified, hide yourselves in the wounds of Christ crucified, bathe yourselves in the blood of Christ crucified” (Letter 16).
The Church is shrouded in the darkness of modernism, but the victory belongs to Our Lord and His Bride. We desire to continue to profess the perennial faith of the Church in the face of the roaring evil that besieges her. We desire to keep vigil with her and with Jesus, in this new Gethsemane of the end times; to pray and do penance in reparation for the many offenses caused to them.

Amazon Synod means the ‘end of Tridentine Church’: French Catholic newspaper

Jeanne Smits,
Paris correspondent
Abigail Eltzroth was 'ordained' April 2017 in North Carolina by rebel Catholic group Association of Roman Catholic Women Priests.

November 1, 2019 (
LifeSiteNews) – The editor-in-chief of the French Catholic daily, La Croix, wrote a blog post on Tuesday announcing the “end of the Tridentine Church.”
Isabelle de Gaulmyn presents what she considers to be the outcome of the Amazon Synod, calling it a “real revolution” that will close the door on Catholicism as it has existed for five centuries.
Interestingly, she remarked that Pope Francis will probably not contradict the Synod’s conclusions insofar as he “quite largely encouraged the process.”
La Croix is owned by the French religious congregation of the Augustinians of the Assumption and is widely read by the French episcopate, so much so that it is considered the unofficial daily of the bishops. It runs a number of blogs, in particular for its own journalists and invited editorialists. In de Gaulmyn's capacity of editor-in-chief of the print version of La Croix, her blog gives a true reflection of the paper’s orientation, which is generally progressive.
La Croix is rarely if ever contradicted by the French episcopate, even when it takes up positions that are favorable to abortion or unfavorable to resistance against same-sex “marriage.”
De Gaulmyn’s take on the Amazon Synod as a break from “Tridentine” Catholicism is perfectly in line with La Croix’s enthusiastic reporting on the event. The paper’s permanent correspondent in Rome, Nicolas Senèze, recently published a book about opposition to Pope Francis under the title: How America wants to change Popes, accusing rich American Catholics and pressure groups of maneuvering to obtain Francis’ eviction.
De Gaulmyn argues that the Church as we know it is a product of the Council of Trent, which organized the response to the Protestant Reformation through the Counter-Reformation. If she is to be believed, the “structuring” of the Church around the central figure of the priest dates back to that 16th century time: hence the clericalism that is regularly decried by Pope Francis as the root of the sex-abuse crisis and other problems in the present-day Church. The Council of Trent condemned the laity to the role of a “flock of docile sheep,” she wrote. She called this a sort of new vision of priests, changing their status in the people’s imagination.
Presenting the Amazon Synod as the natural outcome of Vatican II and its renewed approach to the priesthood, de Gaulmyn jubilantly remarked – on an ecclesio-ecological note – that the Church is moving toward increased “biodiversity,” which is how she interprets married priests and women ministers.
It is interesting to note that de Gaulmyn would be prepared and happy to see the Church throw away and even contradict the rich inheritance of the Council of Trent, which in particular deepened the teaching of the Church on the Sacrifice of the Mass and the sacraments and codified the Latin Rite – not by revolutionizing it but by largely unifying its use by the will of Pope Pius V. The extraordinary form of the Latin Mass is also known as the Mass of Pius V or the “Tridentine” Mass (from Trent).
Here is LifeSite’s translation of de Gaulmyn’s blog:
“Let us make no mistake about it; what happened in Rome, with the Synod for the Amazon that ended on Sunday, October 27, marks a real revolution in the Catholic Church, even if, like all revolutions, it is written into a long-term process. Certainly, Pope Francis is not obliged unconditionally to follow the opinions of the Synod Fathers. That said, it is hard to see how he can avoid it, especially since it is the result of a process that he has encouraged quite largely.
“However, by asking for the possibility of the ordination of married men as priests in the Amazon region, by considering the creation of new ‘ministries’ (i.e. responsibilities within parishes or dioceses), including the recognition of a ministry for ‘women who lead communities,’ and finally by also demanding the reopening of the explosive debate on the female diaconate, the bishops of the Synod have clearly proclaimed the end of a model that emerged from the Council of Trent and nearly five centuries of Catholicism.
“We are still, consciously or unconsciously, largely dependent on this Council, which dates back to the 16th century. Aiming to consolidate a religion damaged by the powers of the princes and the Lutheran Reformation, the Council of Trent structured Catholicism around the figure of the priest. The unmarried cleric then became the central pivot. He concentrates in his person all the sacred functions, starting with the Eucharist and confession. This imaginary vision of the ideal priest, the ‘holy priest’ identified with Christ, placed above the faithful, condemning them to be nothing more than a simple flock of docile sheep, has deeply marked the mentalities of all Catholics, and greatly favored the prevailing ‘clericalism,’ including among the laity. Even though Vatican II recalled in 1962 the importance of the role of all the baptized, all called to be ‘priests, prophets and kings,’ the figure of the ‘super-powerful’ priest remained very prominent in the churches’ rank and file. And the management of the crisis of sexual abuse has shown to what extent the excesses of this clericalism, in that it distorts the way authority is conceived in the Church, can have dramatic consequences.
“This is all that the Synod for the Amazon has just condemned for once and for all. How? By advocating for a true ‘biodiversity’ in the Church, which leaves room for other forms of responsibility: alongside the traditional single priest, we would have experienced married men, and also new ministries, defined according to local needs, and possibly open to women. In reality, this ‘Catholic biodiversity’ already exists to a large extent, but we do not see it. Above all, it is not officially recognized. Who knows that in France most dioceses only turn thanks to women, lay people, trained in theology – more than 12,000 today – on whom the bishops have developed the habit of relying? Who knows that there are already 2,700 married deacons, who provide many services in the parishes? All this in addition to only 5,600 priests in activity …
“This ‘silent revolution’ is gradually transforming the face of the Church in France. It is now necessary, as the Synod Fathers for the Amazon have just asked, to give it more visibility, to formalize it, to structure it. From this point of view, by inviting for the first time, during their annual Plenary Assembly which begins in Lourdes on November 5, lay men and women by their side, the Bishops of France will finally reflect a less clerical and masculine image of the Church. An image that is more faithful to the reality of Catholicism in France. And another way of ending, here also, the legacy of the Council of Trent.”
Philosopher and La Croix blogger Thibaud Collin, who has written critically about Amoris laetitia, was evinced from the platform in June 2018 because of a post in which he slammed the paper for having condoned abortion.

Amazon Synod: Beware of Nigerian Protestant “Catholic” Bishops and Priests!

Jonathan Ekene Ifeanyi

Catholic Bishops of Nigeria
This brief article is a warning to all Catholics in Nigeria against Nigerian heretical bishops who are championing the heretical teachings of “Pope” Francis in Nigeria and are now enforcing these teachings in various parishes across the nation.

Last two weeks, or thereabouts, I walked into my old beautiful but now “Protestantised” parish—Holy Cross Cathedral, Lagos—on Sunday. Normally, I do this from time to time whenever I’m around even though I don’t participate in their putative “sacrament”—particularly reception of Holy Communion—due to the various scandals going on there and because some Vatican II “priests” clearly have questionable identities as Catholic Priests.

There is this programme the parish usually holds after the second mass, entitled “Faith Sharing”. Just like I do in the case of “Holy Communion”, I also normally do not participate in this programme whenever I visit there—my usual attitude is rather that of a faithful observer. On that day, however, I was forced to participate in the programme due to the topic they were discussing. The title was “Women Priesthood” and the priest treating the topic was the cathedral’s administrator “Fr.” Marcellinus Teko. This was the scandalous “priest” I once wrote against in the article Does the Catholic Church recognise Anglican Ordinations as Valid?
Notice the topic—“Women Priesthood”—and think about the upcoming demonic Amazon Synod! Put simply, “Fr” Teko promotes EVERYTHING “Pope” Francis stands for! This is a “priest” who, from time to time, would have the audacity to announce in the Catholic Church programmes taking place in Protestant “churches” and encourage poor Catholics to attend! During Christmas period, for instance, he is well known to be encouraging unsuspecting Catholics to attend “Christmas” programmes in Protestant “churches”—in the spirit of ecumenism, and so on!

With his “Women Priesthood” Faith Sharing, “Fr” Teko was preparing his parishioners for the Amazon Synod. He started by stating the teaching of the Church with regards to women priesthood—like a Faith defender indeed!—then he gradually led them to the main issues: women can play excellent roles in the Church..., ...there is nothing wrong about women deacons..., ...expect altar girls soon in the Cathedral, and so on!

During questions and contributions from the audience, I asked him a simple rhetorical question which surprisingly became an embarrassment to him. Before the parishioners, I told “Fr” Teko that he was contradicting himself by pretending to be against women priests even when he is at the same time championing the poisonous ideas of “women deacon”, “altar girls”, etc. When I asked him to show us—outside the Vatican II Church period—where we can locate his new teachings within the 2000 years of Catholic history, he got angry and started attacking me—even telling me to “go and build your own Church” if I can’t accept the changes! But I was happy with the good people of Holy Cross Cathedral on that day because not one person agreed with him!

We live in the worst of times and this is the right time for all Catholics to open their eyes and come out boldly to defend the Church from monster priests and bishops, and devilish “Pope” Francis. This is time to stop behaving like cowards. It is time for faithful Catholics around the world—SSPXers, Sedevacantists and others who have been scattered by Vatican II heretics—to unite and defend the Church. There are no two or more Catholic Churches. There is ONLY ONE Catholic Church and we must defend this One Church from these monster-enemies NOW.

As I said, with his “Women Priesthood” Faith Sharing “Fr” Teko was systematically preparing his unsuspecting parishioners for the upcoming diabolical Amazon Synod.

Now, just a week after, his bishop, the Archbishop of Lagos Alfred Adewale Martins, read the following announcement—published online—to the same poor parishioners:

“The Second Plenary Meeting of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) was held at the Divine Mercy Pastoral Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun State from 11 September to 20 September 2019.
“In their Communique issued at the end of the plenary, the Bishops particularly criticise those within the Church who are attacking Pope Francis.
“The Holy Father Pope Francis has come under attacks in recent times. Of more serious concern are the attacks coming from some higher levels of the Church in some parts of the world. As members of the Episcopal College, of which the Holy Father is the Head, we regard these attacks as the proverbial ill wind that blows no one any good, bearing in mind that there are other more legitimate and traditionally tested avenues of expressing our opinions to the Holy Father,” the Bishops said.
“The Roman Pontiff is the successor of St Peter
“According to the Nigerian prelates, “To be able to lead the flock of Christ in the right direction in a world filled with many contradicting and confusing voices, we as a College must speak with one voice. We, therefore, recognise that ‘The Roman Pontiff, as the successor of Peter, is the perpetual and visible source and foundation of the unity both of the Bishops and of the whole company of the faithful’ (Vat II, Lumen Gentium 23). We reaffirm our faith in and commitment to the Pontificate of the Holy Father Pope Francis. Consequently, we pledge our loyalty and availability to him in the exercise of his Petrine office, and we promise to continue to cooperate with him fully in the discharge of his divine mandate as the Pastor of the Universal Church (cf. Code of Canon Law, Cann. 331, 334),” reads the Communique.”

From this announcement, we can now see clearly where Nigerian monster-bishops and priests stand in the current war against Catholicism. An example of these critics of the “Holy Father” they refer to is German Cardinal Walter Brandmüller, one of the dubia cardinals, who recently charged that Francis’ Amazon synod is being organised in order to implement both “the abolishment of celibacy and the introduction of a female priesthood - starting first with female deacons,” citing lines from the heretical instrumentum laboris that speak of opening “new spaces” and creating “new ministries” in the region, also for women. See German Cardinal says Amazon synod is heretical, must be rejectedOther examples of people who are attacking “the Holy Father” are the people you will read about in the article below, which—though still promoting the heretical idea that Jorge Bergoglio is the Catholic Pope—warns against the same Amazon Synod:

Lay Catholic leaders warn about Amazon Synod: ‘Pope Francis has gravely harmed the faith. It is time to say it out loud.’

ROME, October 4, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — Lay Catholic leaders from around the world, increasingly alarmed about the upcoming Amazonian Synod and how it threatens to disfigure and “Protestantize” the Church, gathered not far from the Vatican today to discuss their grave concerns.

The roundtable discussion, titled “Our Church – reformed or deformed? was hosted by the international pro-life association Voice of the Family. Over 5,000 people across the continents tuned in.

On the eve of the synod, they described the multifaceted diabolical menace to the Catholic Church it portends to be. Their choice of strong language reflects the peril they sense: That after the synod, what will emerge will no longer be the Catholic Church.

“We have arrived. This week the Amazonian Synod will be underway,” said John-Henry Westen, co-founder and editor-in-chief of LifeSiteNews. “It is expected to be the most severe calamity for the faith the Church has ever known and let’s pray that it won’t turn out as dire as it threatens.”

“A few cardinals have warned of apostasy and heresy in the working document prepared for the Synod, but most have remained silent,” continued Westen. “We, the faithful, cannot remain silent because it is the faith of our children that is being threatened. It is our right as Catholics to have the faith of Jesus Christ handed down faithfully by our priests and bishops and especially the Pope.”

“There are, at this moment, two religions within the Catholic Church,” declared Professor Roberto de Mattei.

“The first is the traditional Catholicism, the religion of those who, in the current confusion, continue to be faithful to the immutable Magisterium of the Church,” said de Mattei.

“The second, until a few months ago without a name, now has a name: it is the Amazonian religion because, as declared by the person currently governing the Church, there is a plan to give the Church ‘an Amazonian face,’” explained de Mattei.

“Two religions cannot coexist within the same Church,” he reaffirmed.

“At the Pan-Amazon Synod, will we see the Church abandon that Divine Commission to convert and baptize all nations?” wondered Michael Matt, publisher of The Remnant, who spoke about the disappearance of traditional missionaries and religious orders.

He asked: “Will the Vatican bless and approve a certain indigenous theology whose animating principle is essentially pagan? Will the Church teach that pagan cultures themselves are of God because to suggest otherwise would be to engage in a sort of religious supremacism that holds Christianity as the only true religion?”

“Now we face a synod of bishops that promises to embrace an indigenous theology that would essentially abandon the Church’s missionary effort altogether while embracing an eco-theology that would send forth missionaries of climate change to teach all nations to listen to the cry of Mother Earth,” declared Matt.

“Please God, may this not come to pass, for if it does it will surely represent the Catholic Church’s formal surrender to the world and to the spirit not just of the age but also the jungle,” he pleaded.

José Antonio Ureta, a leader of the international Tradition, Family, and Property (TFP) movement in France, warned that if the synod fathers and Pope Francis approve the measure in the Instrumentum laboris (working document) to ordain elderly married men as priests, “neo-Lutheranism will have defeated the Council of Trent.”

“But, alas! Such new ecclesiastic structure based on a non-ministerial and non-hierarchical priesthood will no longer be the Catholic Church,” said Ureta.

“Pope Francis and his clerical allies are creating a globalist organization with a Catholic-appearing face,” said Church Militant’s Michael Voris. “What is emerging is not Catholic. The façade should be dropped and for once truth be allowed to prevail.”

Voris explained that Pope Francis has moved the Church to “align with a counterfeit kind of theology inspired by godless atheism, and in the rush to advance this, he’s surrounded himself with numerous clerical scoundrels — some who have been complicit in the performing of or cover-up of sex abuse of minors or young adults, mostly male.”

“The Catholic Church has been infiltrated from within and this infiltration goes back at least to the pontificate of Pope Pius IX,” said Catholic author Dr. Taylor Marshall. “It is an attack on the supernatural faith, miracles, divine revelation, and upon the origin of our creation: God’s identity of male and female, the institution of human matrimony, and the natural law precept to be fruitful and multiply with marriage. Moreover, it is a resurrection of paganism ‘that you might become gods.’”

“Pope Francis has signed a document in Abu Dhabi which contains a sentence which has explosive consequences for the Catholic faith,” said Italy’s Marco Tosatti. “Here it is: ‘The pluralism and diversity of religions, colour, gender, race and language are willed by God in His wisdom.’ The implications of a sentence of this kind are evident: if God has willed … that several religions should exist, it can be inferred that all religions are the divine will and therefore any person is free to choose the religion most suited to him or her.”

“This sentence is profoundly wrong from a Christian – and Catholic – standpoint,” said Tosatti.

“Personally, I believe that this declaration is one of the most devastating sentences for Catholicism ever uttered by a Pope, and that it is a substantial affirmation of relativism,” he added.

“Among the most obviously threatening innovations that are being introduced by the upcoming Amazon Synod is the promotion of some form of ordained ministry for women,” asserted French journalist Jeanne Smits.

She warned that the Indian theology which the synod will promote demands the ordination of women as ministers. “It is within the logic of traditional indigenous spirituality, that is, paganism. Or if you want to take it a bit further: idolatry.”

“The Amazon Synod will be arguing about the role of women in the Church, when the Church already has the most beautiful answer to that argument: the Virgin Mary,” declared Smits. “When God made the Cosmos – which means beauty – He was making a fitting earthly home and dowry for His Daughter, Mother, and Bride. She is our Queen, the Queen of the universe and even the Queen of the Angels, much to Satan's discontent, since he must submit to and be conquered by a mere woman, by a mother who can communicate to us eternal life through the sacrifice of her Beloved Son.”

“Our vision of woman is defined by that. What more could we possibly want?” asked Smits.

Accusation, fervent intercession, and a ‘time for heroes and saints’

“With all respect owed to the ecclesiastical authorities, I accuse all those who have approved, or will approve, the Instrumentum laboris on the Amazon, of polytheism and, more specifically, polydemonism because, quoting Psalm 95, ‘All divinities of the Gentiles are Demons; our Lord has instead created the heavens,’” said de Mattei.

“I call upon the cardinals and bishops who are still Catholic to raise their voices against this scandal. If their silence continues, we will continue to seek the intervention of the Angels and Mary Queen of Angels, to save the Holy Church from every form of reinvention, distortion, and reinterpretation,” added de Mattei.

John-Henry Westen pointed out that despite all the grave concerns raised by the panelists, This “is not to say that we don’t love Pope Francis. Indeed, it would not be love at all to gloss over these monumental concerns and be silent about them, because they harm him most of all. He will have to answer to Christ at judgement just like we all will.”

“We must continue to pray for the Pope every day, pray for his conversion,” said Westen.

“It doesn’t take a theologian to recognize when the faith is being distorted,” he added. “We won’t leave the Church; it is the One True Church and there is no other. We shall fight for Christ’s truth in the Church because we are ready to die for this faith.”

During the question and answer period, when the inevitable question about the possibility of schism was raised, Professor de Mattei said we must pray for “a real counter-reformation, a counter-revolution, a restoration of the real Christianity.”

Though we are waging war against the forces of chaos in the Church, “The division of our enemy is our strength,” said de Mattei.

“This is a scary moment,” said Michael Matt. “If this synod goes as predicted by several cardinals, this is the biggest news story in the history of the world with the exception of the crucifixion of God. Nothing is bigger than the Bride of Christ raising, hoisting the flag of surrender.”

“If this happens, this is a huge story and great people are going to come to the defense of the Church – heroes and saints,” proclaimed Matt. “Let’s prepare our children for a crusade, and let’s inspire them.”

Biafra: Igbos practise Christianity, NOT Judaism!

By Jonathan Ekene Ifeanyi
Ojukwu

Some years ago, I think in the year 2000 or thereabouts, Monsignor Patrick Somide, an old Yoruba priest in Lagos State who died in 2017 at the age of 97, told us that years ago, when Christianity was first brought to Nigeria, virtually all the Igbo people were Catholics. Then, he said, to go to a Protestant church or practise any other religion in Igbo land...was a taboo...For doing so, everyone will discriminate against you...

To our doom, how rapidly things have changed (and are still changing!) in today’s Igbo land!

            BUY HERE.
This article is a response to Nnamdi Kanu’s (and his followers’) promotion of Judaism (the religion of those who killed Our Lord Jesus Christ) in Igbo land.

Today, there are among the Igbos a minority of practising “Jews” who believe that they are among the lost tribes of ancient Israel and therefore that they are Jews. Seeing themselves as the Israelites who, like the ancient Israelites in Egypt, are being persecuted in the evil land of Nigeria, these Igbos link Biafra struggle to their Jewish identitysomething which great Ikemba Emeka Odimegwu Ojukwu, the Father of Biafra, never did. Just like the evil Jews who killed Our Lord Jesus Christ, not only do these Igbos not believe in Our Lord, some of them speak all sorts of terrible blasphemies against Him. There are, however, others who are merely ignorant, who have good intentions but cant distinguish between the true Jews and the fake Jews. But many, as I said, are out to oppose Our Lord, to oppose Christianity. These Igbos have been receiving help from individual Israelis and American Jews who work in Nigeria, out-reach organisations like Kulanu and African-American Jewish communities in America. Jews from outside Nigeria founded two synagogues in Nigeria, which are attended and maintained by Igbo people. In fact, there are currently 26 synagogues of various sizes in Nigeria and in 2008 an estimated 30,000 Igbo people were practising some form of Judaism!
“Igbo-Jews” practising Judaism in Igbo land!
As usual, “Catholic” priests and bishops in Igbo land are completely indifferent to this latest development, and indeed to virtually all other errors which many perverts use these days to pollute the minds of poor Catholics in Igbo land. Of course, these bishops and priests know about these errors, but they choose to keep silent because it doesn’t concern them; rather, all they know is how to squander the wealth of the Church; how to deceive the people, collect their money and live luxurious lives—how to live like kings!

There is, indeed, nothing bad about this claim of Igbo-Jewish origin—but about JUDAISM! From the story of creation, we learn that all human beings are descendants of Adam and Eve, which means that all humans are actually one. If that is true, then there is really nothing special about the Igbos being descendants of the ancient Jews. It is possible. It is not improbable that some of the tribes of Israel migrated to parts of Africa after the Assyrians invaded Israel’s northern kingdom in the eighth century B.C. and forced 10 tribes of Israel into exile. Yes, it is possible that the Igbo people were among those lost tribes, but difficult to prove because of the massive number of years that have gone by. There is a complete absence of literacy documents and proofs that linked the Igbo people to the Jewish History, therefore, even though the Igbo-Jewish origin may be true, it must always be treated as mere speculation—for the fact is that today, God Himself has made us IGBOS and AFRICANS, not Jews. Africans should learn to be proud of what God has made them to be. That can be a good way of dealing with the scam called racism.

It is good to understand the mentality of these minority Igbo people who believe that they are Jews as well as the origin of this very Igbo-Jewish identity—which has been traced back to the eighteenth century of the Christian era. Just yesterday! Interestingly, the irony here is that the Igbo people—who are “Jews”—got to know about Jewish scripture (the Old Testament) through the European missionaries! For, before the advent of Christianity in West Africa the Igbo people were massively illiterate and knew nothing about the BibleOld or New Testament! Olaudah Equiano (1745- 1797), a freed Igbo slave who lived in 18th century British society, seems to have been the first to begin the speculation. A “Christian-educated freed slave,” Equiano suggested a migratory origin of the Igbo Jews. He remarked in his autobiography of 1789 on:

“the strong analogy which ... appears to prevail in the manners and customs of my countrymen and those of the Jews, before they reached the Land of Promise, and particularly the patriarchs while they were yet in that pastoral state which is described in Genesis—an analogy, which alone would induce me to think that the one people had sprung from the other.”

For authoritative support, Equiano gives reference to “Dr. Gill, who, in his commentary on Genesis, very ably deduces the pedigree of the Africans from Afer and Afra, the descendants of Abraham...”

His essay has since been discarded as speculation—and indeed it is!

Years after him, however, another notable “authority” on the subject was George Thomas Basden (31 October 1873–30 December 1944), the so-called Anglican “missionary” and ethnographer. In addition to cross-cultural comparisons which he documented, Basden went further to propose that the word “Igbo” evolved as a corruption of the word “Hebrew”! Sounds funny?

Since then, there have been many theories advanced by some Igbo “scholars,” some of which—like the “Eri” myth—are pure nonsense. The Eri myth, for instance, holds that Eri was the fifth son of Gad, the seventh son of Jacob (Genesis 46:15-18 and Numbers 26:16:18 are being used to support the myth). He was said to have migrated from Egypt with a group of companions just before the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt thousands of years ago. Eri and his group were said to have travelled by water and finally arrived at the confluence of Ezu and Omambala Rivers, located in present-day Aguleri, Anambra State.

We were not told how long their voyage took to get to their promised land, what we were told is that Eri and his group were divinely instructed to make the confluence of Ezu and Omambala Rivers their final destination. They would move into the hinterland and make a settlement in the present-day Aguleri. It was here that Eri lived and died. Meanwhile, amongst Eri's children was Agulu, the eldest son who took over from his father after his demise. It was him who appended the name of his father, Eri, to his name and founded Agulu-Eri (Aguleri) by calling the settlement where his father Eri died and he (Agulu) lived AGULERI!

Now how can one verify all this? Unverifiable!

Again, some Igbo “scholars” (in reality perfect illiterates) believe that the word “Genesis” is a corrupted version of the Igbo phrase "jee na isi isi" which when translated in English means "go to the very first." Now while Genesis in Greek is pronounced "γένεσις" (“genesis”—from where the English Genesis is derived), meaning "Origin," in Hebrew it is “בְּרֵאשִׁית,” (pronounced "Bərēšīṯ")! So what is the connection between "Bərēšīṯ" and "jee na isi isi"?

Again, these “scholars” claim that the word “Deuteronomy” is from the Igbo words “detere nu umu.” That is not true because the English word “Deuteronomy” is derived from the Latin “Deuteronomium,” which in turn is directly from the Greek “deuteros + nomos” (“deuterosnomos” or “deuteronomion”) and is the fifth book of the Christian Old Testament and of the Jewish Torah, where it is called "Devarim" (Hebrew “דברים”). So, what really is the connection between “deuterosnomos” (or even “Devarim”) and “detere nu umu”?

The assertion that makes sense to me is that which holds that Igbo people share some similar practices with the biblical Jews. And among the Igbos, these traditional practices predate the coming of the Christian missionaries. Yes, that is true.

Examples of shared traditional practices between the Jews and the Igbo people include circumcising male children eight days after birth, refraining from eating unclean or tabooed foods, mourning the dead for seven days and celebrating the New Moon.

Supporting this belief is Daniel Lis, a foremost researcher on Jewish Identification among the Igbo from the University of Basel, Switzerland. Lis affirms that there has been a clear continuity of Jewish identity among the Igbo. “It’s not just something that happened yesterday,” he said.

In a nutshell, all human beings are from one source (or parents) – Adam and Eve. But men from time immemorial have been migrating to different lands. Viewed from this perspective, it makes sense to SPECULATE (not assert!) that the Igbo people who share some striking similarities with the Israelites might indeed be true descendants of the ancient Hebrews. From this standpoint, Lis’ assertion that “It’s not just something that happened yesterday” makes sense.

That said, Igbo people who today parade themselves as "JEWS" and really try to “prove” so by practising Judaism are excellent examples of what the Bible calls “FOOLS.” And I'm just afraid that Nnamdi Kanu himself–who would have been an excellent leader—appears to be the very number one among these FOOLS, since he keeps parading himself as a "JEW," thus deceiving his followers.
Nnamdi Kanu identifying with those who killed Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Igbo people are indeed Jews by virtue of their being Christians. Igbos are predominantly CATHOLIC, Catholics are followers of Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ, as man, was the most perfect JEW, therefore Igbos—in that sense—are indeed Jews, in fact, more perfect Jews than those unfortunate “Jews” located in today’s Israel who practise Judaism.

However, what makes Kanu and his followers foolish is that they don't identify with the true Jews (Jesus and His followers) but with the very bad Jews (the very people who killed Our Lord Jesus Christ!). This, in fact, is the very reason why Kanu's mission is DOOMED. Biafra is what EVERY REASONABLE IGBO MAN wants at this time. Igbos are Christians, therefore if Kanu wants to lead the Igbos in this struggle, he MUST as well be a practising Christian—or rather he must do the things we commonly do and must not import an evil religion into Igbo land. (We don't practise Judaism, the religion Kanu practises, the very religion of those who killed Our Lord Jesus Christ). Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu, the most perfect Biafran, did not practise Judaism, no. He was a Catholic, and he was proud of that Faith till death.

As I once wrote, “From the biblical point of view—I mean both the Old and New Testaments, the people we often refer to as “the Jews” or “Israelites” today are not really true Jews—not true Israelites. St. Paul writes: “For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh: but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision  is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” (Romans 2:29).

“The true Jews (or Israelites) are those who obey God by following strictly the teachings of His prophets—that is, true CHRISTIANS—the very reason why the Church of Christ is called the new “Israel of God.” As St Paul puts it, “But far be it from me to boast, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world hath been crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. And as many as shall walk by this rule, peace be upon them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.”” (Galatians 6: 14-16).

Again, St Paul, a Jewish Christian and indeed the greatest Christian theologian in history, writes: “We are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God, and glory in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh” (Philippians 3:3). By “the circumcision” he meant the Jewish people (now Christians) regarded as bound in covenant to God—the actual rite of circumcision was abandoned by Christians. As St. Paul further explains in his Letter to the Romans, Israel is like a tree. The Jews of Jesus’ day, as ethnic Israelites, were all natural branches in this tree, and the Gentiles (non-Jews) who join the Church are like branches that are cut off from other trees and grafted into Israel. As he puts it, “Well: because of unbelief they were broken off. But thou standest by faith...” (Romans 11: 20). On the flipside, the Jews who rejected Jesus were cut off from their own family tree. As a result, the Church doesn’t simply replace Israel; rather, in a very real sense, the Church is Israel. It is the multi-ethnic and multi-national family made up of both Jews and Gentiles that the Old Testament prophets always said Israel would one day become. (See Zephaniah 3:9-10; Zechariah 8:20-23, and other passages; and see the article, Catholicism: Western or Jewish religion?)

Our Igbo-Jews who practise Judaism are indeed Antichrist, pure and simple, and must be avoided. Their error is just the same as that of “Pope” Francis who, quite contrary to the teaching of the Catholic Church, in paragraph 247 of his heretical Evangelii Gaudium teaches that the “covenant” God made with the Jews “has never been revoked,” and blatantly misquotes the Scripture (Romans 11:29) to support his teaching—a text which is filled with heresy and error, failing to distinguish today’s religion of “Judaism” with the Judaism of the Old Covenant (the one practised by Our Lord Himself), which ceased with the establishment of the Catholic Church on Pentecost Sunday. It is in the coming of the Messiah and the founding of the One True Catholic Church that God has remained faithful to His promises, so Francis’ misuse of Sacred Scripture—already perpetrated by John Paul II—to bolster his position is nothing short of sickening.

Many years before Christ was born into this world, Prophet Isaiah prophesied about Him in the Old Testament as follows:

“For a child is born to us, and a son is given to us, and the government is upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called, Wonderful, Councillor, God the Mighty, the Father of the world to come, the Prince of Peace." (Isaiah 9:6).

In the same Old Testament, Jeremiah prophesied as follows:

“Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, not like the covenant which I made with their fathers, when I took them by the hand...But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my law within them; and I will write it upon their hearts; and I will be their God and they shall be my people...for I will forgive their iniquity and I will remember their sin no more.” (Jer. 31:31-34). Ezekiel also prophesied: “I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleanliness, and from all your idols I will cleanse you. A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you: and I will take out of your flesh the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36: 25-26).

Jesus Christ is the manifestation of this new covenant. The new covenant was made for all the nations of the world and not for Israel alone—hence the Church founded by Christ is a Catholic (meaning universal) Church. When Israel rejected and crucified Christ, the Jewish people renounced the covenant and were rejected by God as the chosen people. God then transferred, at the same time, the privileges and responsibilities of the covenant relationship to His new chosen people, the Catholic Church. Christ’s activities fulfilled God’s covenant with Abraham and Israel. By the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Jesus instituted the new covenant during the Last Super when He said: “This is the chalice, the new covenant in my blood, which shall be shed for you.” “Hic est calix in novum testamentum in sanguine meo, qui pro vobis fundetur.” (Luke 22: 20). Therefore, the blood of Jesus, shed on the cross, is the fulfilment of the new covenant. The Old Covenant was “revoked” and New Covenant made when Christ opened the kingdom to the gentiles and offered His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity for the redemption of humanity.

Today’s Jews—who do not believe in Christ but believe that the Messiah is yet to come!—are not “the people of the covenant.” Their religion, in fact, did not originate from the Judaism of the Old Covenant but was established by Annas and Caiaphas in 33 AD, and hence is indeed a “foreign religion.” It is not the faith of the Catholic Church in any way, nor that of Abraham. St. Paul, himself a Jew, writes: “Know ye therefore, that they who are of Faith, the same are children of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing, that God justifieth the Gentiles by faith, told unto Abraham before: In thee shall all the nations be blessed. ...For you are all the children of God by faith, in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptised in Christ, have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek...For you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you be Christ’s, then are you the seed of Abraham, heirs according to the promise.” (Gal 3:7-8; 26-29).

Today’s Jews who do not believe in Christ are not among these heirs of Abraham. As Our Lord told the Jews of His day: “...you shall die in your sins. For if you believe not that I am he, you shall die in your sin.” “Dixi ergo vobis quia moriemini in peccatis vestris: si enim non credideritis quia ego sum, moriemini in peccato vestro.” (Cf. John 8: 24).  Worshipping a god that is not the Most Holy Trinity, today’s Jews must turn and convert to the worship of the One True God, otherwise, says Our Lord, they will die in their sin.

Again, Our Lord warned the Jews who would reject Him: “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people yielding its fruit.” “ideo dico vobis, quia auferetur a vobis regnum Dei, et dabitur genti facienti fructus eius.” (Matt. 21:43). St. John, an apostle of Christ—and also a Jew—writes: “Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ. He is the Antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.” “Quis est mendax, nisi is, qui negat quoniam Jesus est Christus? Hic est Antichristus, qui negat Patrem, et Filium.” (1 John 2:22).

The doctrine of the supersession of the Old Testament by the New is a universal and perpetual doctrine of the Catholic Church. It is a defined article of the Catholic Faith—i.e. a solemn, dogmatic definition. The solemn Profession of Faith of the Ecumenical Council of Florence under Pope Eugene IV, says the following:

“The sacrosanct Roman Church ... firmly believes, professes, and teaches that the matter pertaining to the Old Testament, of the Mosaic law, which are divided into ceremonies, sacred rites, sacrifices, and sacraments, because they were established to signify something in the future, although they were suited to the divine worship at that time, after Our Lord’s coming had been signified by them, ceased, and the sacraments of the New Testament began; ... All, therefore, who after that time observe circumcision and the Sabbath and the other requirements of the law, it (the Roman Church) declares alien to the Christian faith and not in the least fit to participate in eternal salvation, unless someday they recover from these errors.”

The major problem (among Christians and non-Christians alike) in today’s world is that many people don’t know who Jesus Christ is. Many think He’s just a man—and a man “who was killed by the Jews” for that matter! But they senselessly don’t consider that this “man” after being killed and buried rose from the dead on the third day. They don’t consider what this “man” said about Himself and what the scriptures (both the Old and New Testaments) said about Him. In short, they don’t consider—to their doom—the fact that this “man” is actually God.

For instance, sometime last year one Alex Temisan Agbedetse asked: “If Jesus claims He is the Son of God, how then can He claim equality with God? I am a son of my dad does not make me equal to him.”

I responded:

Similar to yet another foolish question by one Adeniran Adeyinka Hammed Iyalabaki: “How could Jesus be the Son of God? Can God Take a Wife?” To which I responded:

Funny! The question only betrays a very shallow mind! Jesus’ being the Son of God means that from eternity to eternity He has always been the Son of God

You are guilty of now judging God in human standard (with which, of course, you are only familiar!) lacking the understanding that the son-ship of man (which in fact has a beginning) is only a mere reflection of the son-ship of the Son of God (which is eternal). Get the point: Jesus had been the Son of God before the fatherhood and son-ship of man was created. The son-ship of man (with which you are familiar) is only a mere imitation of the eternal Son-ship of Christ.

One Kalep Manasseh, while trying to counter Hammed, even sounded like Alex: “In his heavenly place he is God but when he took the earthly form of human being he is son to God.”

To which I equally responded:

FALSE. He is rather eternally begotten by God. Being the Son of God means that He is God—just as you being the son of your human father means that you are human. Hence, in fact, it was Jesus' “claim” to be the Son of God that led the Jews to demand His death (because the Jews of Jesus’ days, unlike those of today who are theologically inept, understood perfectly well that Jesus’ saying that He is the Son of God means He was claiming to be equal to God): As we read

But Jesus answered them: “My father worketh until now; and I work. Hereupon therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he did not only break the Sabbath, but also said God was his father, thereby making himself equal to God.” (John 5: 17-18).

Being the Son of God means being God Himself. Hence, in his Holy Gospel, St. John presents Jesus as simply God the Son who had been with God the Father right from the beginning. As we read

In the beginning was the Word (Christ), and the Word (Christ) was with God, and the Word (Christ) was God.” (John. 1:1-3). St John also tells us that “All things were made through Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made.” (Ibid).

Again, being God means that He is indeed the Almighty God. Hence the same John, in the Revelation, presents Jesus as simply identifying Himself as the Almighty God. In the Revelation, he quotes Jesus as saying, ‘‘I am the Alpha and the Omega...who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Alpha (α) is the first letter of the Greek alphabet, while Omega (ω) is the last of the letters—just like A and Z in the English alphabet. In fact, the very English word ‘‘alphabet’’ is derived from the Greek first and second letters—Alpha (α) and Beta (β). Thus here Jesus tells us that He is the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End—the Almighty God. The text reads: “‘I am the Alpha and the Omega’, says the Lord God, ‘who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty’ ”(Cf. Rev.1:8).

The word ‘Almighty’ in Greek is "ὁ παντοκράτωρ" ("Pantokrator"). The Greek text reads: "ἐγώ εἰμι τὸ ἄλφα καὶ τὸ ὦ, λέγει κύριος ὁ θεός, ὁ ὢν καὶ ὁ ἦν καὶ ὁ ἐρχόμενος, ὁ παντοκράτωρ’—‘I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God, ‘who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."

Misguided people like Alex often think that Jesus is a mere man simply because of Jesus’ humility manifested in the way He often talks about God (as if He Himself is not also God). Do they know that God the Father—just like the Son—also humbly addresses Christ as God? For instance, in the Letter to the Hebrews (1: 8) we see God the Father also addressing Jesus as God, as we read:

But to the Son He says: ‘‘Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of Your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness...”

God the Father also makes us know, in the following passage, that it was Christ who created the heaven and the earth right from the beginning, as we read:

You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands. They will perish, but You remain; and they will all grow old like a garment; like a cloak You will fold them up, and they will be changed, but You are the same, and Your years will not fail.” (Cf. Heb. 1: 8-12).

Also, we see God the Holy Spirit, in the same Letter to the Hebrews, warning us against unbelief in God the Son, as we read:

“Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, ‘‘Today, if you hear His voice, harden not your heart as in the rebellion, as on the day of testing in the wilderness, where your ancestors put Me to the test, though they had seen My works for forty years. Therefore I was angry with that generation, and I said, ‘They always go astray in their hearts, and they have not known My ways.’ As in My anger I swore, ‘They will not enter My rest.’
” (Heb. 3:7-11).

Again, one pervert named Peggy Lee Livermore asked (on face-book): “Why would God pray to himself? Why would Jesus say “no man is good except God”? Mark 10:18 (KJV). And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [There is] none good but one, [that is], God. Luke 18:19 (KJV).”

Bobbie Anderson, another pervert, rejoiced and added: “Except God didn't die when He took the form of a man in those encounters. Jesus did die.”

And I responded:

Yet another demonstration of profound ignorance of scripture. Jesus addresses people according to their level of understanding. (To those who saw Him as a mere man but yet called Him “good,” He responded: “Why callest thou me good? none [is] good, save one, [that is], God.”).

But He is indeed that God who alone is good. There are two natures in Jesus Christ—the nature of God and the nature of man. The nature of God He has possessed for all eternity, but the nature of man He took at the incarnation. He is, as Catholicism rightly teaches, “truly God and truly man.” As man, He speaks exactly like a man. Example: “No man is good except God.” (Luke 18:19). Again, “The Father is greater than I” (John 14:28).

But as God, He also speaks exactly like God. Example: “I and the Father are one.” (John 10:30). Again, “Everything the Father has is mine, that is why I said, all he (the Holy Spirit) tells you will be taken from what is mine.” (John 16:15).

Again, when we read the following statement, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me” (John 12:44), it sounds as though He is merely representing the Father, but Jesus clarifies immediately, “And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me” (Ibid. verse 45).

In fact, Jesus was once ‘trapped’ by the Jews for speaking always in this way. While trying to convince them that His doctrine came from God the Father, He had earlier told them that “He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him.” (John 7:18). By this statement Christ meant that He was not bearing witness of Himself, nor seeking His own glory, but that of God the Father. He was only speaking as the man Jesus. Now, as God He says, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” (John 8:12). On hearing these words, the Pharisees accused Jesus of bearing witness of Himself, that is, of contradicting His earlier statement that He was not seeking His own glory. Christ then said something remarkable, as we read:

“The Pharisees therefore said to Him, ‘‘You bear witness of Yourself; Your witness is not true.’’ Jesus answered and said to them, ‘‘Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I came from and where I am going.” (John 8: 13-14).

In the first statement, (just like the passage in Luke) He was only speaking as the man Jesus: “He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory;” but in the second statement He speaks as the Divine Christ, as God who appeared in this world hidden in human flesh, whose true identity no one knew: “Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I came from and where I am going.” (John. 8: 13-14).

Again, as God, He asked the Sadducees and those who did not believe in the resurrection and, perhaps in His divinity, but believed that Christ is David’s son and nothing more: “How can they say that Christ is David’s son? For David himself says in the book of Psalm, ‘‘The Lord said to my Lord, sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a stool for Your feet. David thus calls Him Lord, so how is He his son?” (Luke 20: 41-44; Psalm 110:1).

Everything about Christ’s divinity was to be kept secret until the appointed time—to be exposed gradually. That was why when Peter professed that He was the Son of the living God, Jesus said to him: “Blessed art thou Simon Bar-Jona! Because flesh and blood had not revealed it to thee but My Father who art in heaven.” (Matt. 16:17). In verse 20 we read: “Then charged He His disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ.”

As God, He worked on the sea without sinking (cf. Matt. 14: 22-27). As God, He took with Him Peter, James and John, and led them up a high mountain, where He was transfigured before them, His garments becoming “glistening, intensely white, like snow, such as no launderer on earth could bleach them,” and Moses and Elijah talked with Him (Cf. Mark 9: 2-4). And after this, “He commanded them that they should tell no one the things they had seen, till the Son of Man had risen from the dead.” And His disciples “...kept this word to themselves, questioning what rising from the dead meant.” (Cf. verses 9 and 10).

As God, with a single voice He called Lazarus out of the grave. (Cf. John 11:38-40). As man, He cried on the cross but as God He promised heaven to a thief—on the same cross. (Cf. Luke 23:43). As man, He was crucified, He died and was buried, but as God He tore the grave and rose from the dead—three days later. (Cf. Luke 24:1-6).

As God the Father Himself said to Christ:

“Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of Your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness...You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands. They will perish, but You remain; and they will all grow old like a garment; like a cloak You will fold them up, and they will be changed, but You are the same, and Your years will not fail.” ((Hebrews 1:8-12).
Our Lord
Again, Our Lord Himself warned the Jews of His days who did not believe in His divinity: “...you shall die in your sins. For if you believe not that I am he, you shall die in your sin” (John 8: 24).

Let the Igbo people be warned!
